Today is a sleepy day. I just came back home at midnight and I fell asleep at 4 am.. So it's 2.36 pm and I just woke up 40 minutes ago. I have no idea why I'm telling you this.
Anyways yesterday I was thinking about dreams...
So.. what do you do when you don't have them? Life must be torture. I'm not even being mean here, just honest.
Dreams are wonderful, they keep you going towards a goal you made up yourself. If you don't have a dream it's kind of like you don't have a purpose. Like you have no emotions that trigger your motivation. You have an emotionless goal that you go towards -but when you lack motivation, there is nothing from inside of you that's going to give it to you.
Dreaming about what you want to be, what you want to do, who you want to be with, what do you want in general. It's the light in the darkness. It's the reason that the voice inside of you says "keep going, you're close" when no one is around. It's what makes you colorful, dorky, creative, weird, etc etc. Dreams are what you know is yours and when you feel like you've lost who you are, you look at the dreams you've had, you keep going towards them and you find yourself. Dreams make you self confident about certain things, because you know you want it and you know you will go get it and nobody can stop you.
I have a dream to go around the world, to have a cat, to have the "princess dress", to be treated like a princess, because i'm beautiful and i deserve to be treated like one, to find myself laughing around, to go there and say what i want to say, to be myself , i dream to have a horse, i dream to play guitar like a proffesional. These are all dreams that keep me going.
Can you do me a favor? Get a piece of paper and write down all of your dreams with big letters, then put the paper somewhere where you can glare at it when you pass by. Then, if you want to, you can get a pinboard or a big piece of cardboard (or just any stiff paper you have) and print the images of the things you dream of, and if they can't be put in an image just write them in big, capital letters, and put it on your wall. This is called the dreamboard. Everytime you look at your dream, think about it and feel good about it (it seems strange but you'll get it once u did it), you get closer to achieveing it. It's also good to put your mind in the state of "i already have it".
Hi, I believe that there is no one today who is you-er than you.
