Lilly Singh is a successful YouTube personality, comedian and motivational speaker with over 4.5 million subscribers. On December the 24th, she uploaded a video "Let's Change the World (ft. Team Super)", in which she features some of her subscribers from around the globe, talk about who a nice person is.
Find a place where you can be alone and undisturbed. If you wish, you may sit crossed legged on the floor, but most people would find it more comfortable to sit on a chair. Sit with your spine erect.
Take a few calm deep breaths and then relax your body, by directing your attention to it, and relaxing each muscle, from head to toe.

So.. what do you do when you don't have them? Life must be torture. I'm not even being mean here, just honest.
Dreams are wonderful, they keep you going towards a goal you made up yourself. If you don't have a dream it's kind of like you don't have a purpose. Like you have no emotions that trigger your motivation. You have an emotionless goal that you go towards -but when you lack motivation, there is nothing from inside of you that's going to give it to you.
